MY PERFECT CARIBBEAN GETAWAY

Hi Everyone !!

I had such an amazing vacation that I thought I would give you guys a closer look.

We stayed in the Paradisus Riviera Maya Resort in Mexico and loved every second of it. But fair warning if you don’t like wild animals this may not be the place for you. They have coatis and lizards roaming around like if they own the place LOL.  They don’t bother anyone and pretty much stay in their lanes.

We ventured out of the resort one day to visit La Quinta Avenida. It is a must for shopping for your souvenirs and any other shopping needs you may have. It is also a very busy street with a lot of people. I wouldn’t be too trusting in this area but for the most part you are safe. The food at the resort was amazing but we HAD to try El Fojon and it did not disappoint. The tacos we had were beyond! Sorry I don’t have photos from that day since we wanted to just keep to ourselves but I definitely recommend you pay it a visit if you are ever in the area.

After our getaway to Mexico we went to the Dominican Republic to visit my parents. They recently retired and I was very home sick. I so happy we went and that I got to see my husband relaxing and creating beautiful memories with my family. We got to celebrate my dad on Dominican Father’s Day. I was blessed with one of the best dads in the world and was so happy that I got to spend his day with him.

I get so excited to receive packages from Influenster complimentary for review !!

This VoxBox was from Bite Beauty and I am in love!

I received The Lip Pencil in 020 along with the Amuse Bouche Lipstick in Honeycomb ! I’ll admit that at first I wasn’t convinced the color would work with my skin tone, but was surprised to find that I actually think it’s really pretty! Such a unique, neutral color! Love the super smooth formula, too! Very comfortable on the lips!

The Eccentrico Mascara is the best I have ever tried. Makes my eye lashes look full and beautiful every time.

The Kat Von D Lock-It Concealer Crèmes have a great consistency that is like no other. They go on smooth and flawless. Also I have to mention the applicator which is the perfect angle to create a great highlight. Will continue to use this for a long time.

The Kat Von D Lock-It Setting Powder is absolutely amazing! It’s so silky and finely milled. I’ve tried LAURA Mercier and do not love it at all because I’ve always felt that it creased under my eyes and cause lines that I do not have but THIS- AMAZING! It leaves my skin looking luminous and soft like a soft blur. Highly recommend.

Viktor & Rolf VoxBox

I am in love with my Viktor & Rolf VoXbox that I received for free, yes FREE from Influenster to try.

The box contained a small perfume and the FLOWERBOMB Precious Oil. This FLOWERBOMB Precious Oil  is a layering agent that you put on first and then add the perfume over for a lasting scent all day and all night. When I tell you that this will drive your man or any man crazy I am not exaggerating.

The smell is not overpowering but it is a scent that will last you. Definitely a must try for any fashionista or girl that wants to feel sexy for the day.

Rapper Pusha T and adidas Originals unveiled its latest collaboration, the King Push x EQT Running Guidance ‘93 sneaker in a black colorway, a follow-up to the 2014 ‘Chalk White’ EQT, in NYC. The release event also served as a listening party to preview the forthcoming studio album ‘King Push’ from Pusha T, distributed through Def Jam Records. Which is such a sick album and actually drops Dec 18 but is available for Pre-Order NOW on Itunes- GO GET IT!!

The King Push x EQT Running Guidance ‘93 release is a continuation of the 2014 design inspiration, rounding out a story that is nostalgic to a 1990’s hip-hop era inherent to the adidas Originals brand DNA, deeply rooted in hip-hop culture. The King Push x EQT Running Guidance ‘93 sneaker received a design update with premium materials including a translucent outsole with visible measuring lines, black midsole with tonal reflective 3 stripes, fish scale heel counter and cracked Italian leather detailing.

adidas Originals NMD

Two nights ago I went to the  adidas Originals launch for its latest model, NMD, at the Lexington Armory in New York City. NMD references progressive adidas styles like the Micro Pacer, the Rising Star, and the Boston Super, with updated fabrications like BOOST and Primeknit designed for a nomadic lifestyle without boundaries. adidas is leading the future of footwear and we should all get on the bandwagon. I for one, love adidas and wear it religiously and you should too.

The adidas Originals NMD visualized the concept of a fearless contemporary nomad via huge experimental film screens of bustling international capital cities. As models wearing the brand new silhouette trekked through the majestic projection, attendees immersed themselves in product installations of the archival adidas models that inspired the futuristic new shoe.

The launch NMD is available globally for $170 USD, ? 130 GBP, €170 EUR a stores, select retailers and via adidas.com/NMD from December 12th. The reflective Consortium NMD is available from select Consortium retailers worldwide from December 10th for $180 USD, ?130 GBP, €180 EUR.

H&M The Denim Re-Born Collection

This September, H&M is launching a new collection made by recycled cotton from textiles collected in H&M’s Garment Collecting Initiative. The brand intends to create a closed loop for fashion, meaning fabrics from unwanted clothes can be recycled and made into new ones. The aim of the new collection is to reduce the environmental impact of the fashion industry by limiting waste that goes to landfills and saving on natural resources used in the production of fabric.

“Creating a closed loop for textiles, in which unwanted clothes can be recycled into new ones, will not only minimize textile waste, but also significantly reduce the need for virgin resources as well as other impacts fashion has on our planet,“ says Karl-Johan Persson, CEO of H&M.

The sixteen-piece collection will consist of styles for both men and women. Women’s offerings include skinny, distressed, and ‘girlfriend’ style jeans, adenim jacket, flared dungarees, and a denim jumpsuit. For men, offerings include a zip-up denim jacket, two distressed slim leg styles, and a pair of joggers in coated denim.

adidas Originals by Rita Ora Fall/Winter 2015 Space Shifter Pack

For Fall Winter 2015, adidas Originals and Rita Ora launches the Space Shifter Pack, inspired by the cosmic influence of the changing shape of the moon.

Wild light shows and mysterious dark-sides dominate a multi-dimensional collection of lenticular rainbow fabrics against a black base. Classic sports silhouettes compliment unique fashion pieces as blocks of colour, all over textural treatments and solid black reflect the lunar cycle in a colour rich range.
