There’s no more powerful, jealousy-inducing response to people asking what you’re wearing than to say, “Oh, this? 5 LOOKS 5 OCCASIONS

SOMETIMES IT’S HARD PICKING OUT WHAT TO WEAR… NOT WHEN YOU HAVE THE RIGHT WARDROBE…. GO TO SHOPBOP.COM FOR ALL THESE LOOKS 😉 GREAT IDEAS FOR OUTFIT BUILDING FOR SPECIFIC OCCASIONS.

Style Memo: Bright Colored Jeans

Wake up your spring wardrobe with this season’s hottest trend: bright colored jeans. Cameron Diaz worked a salmon pair of Rag & Bones ($165 rag-bone.com), Anna Kendrick made a bold statement in kelly green Rag & Bones ($165 rag-bone.com) and Kim Kardashian stepped out in royal blue J Brand 811’s ($176, 323-852-5000).

Other celeb faves to try: Current/Elliott’s Ankle Skinny in Dahlia ($168, revolveclothing.com) and J Brand 811 in Bright Yellow ($176, ronherman.com). However, you don’t have to break the bank to rock this look. I found an awesome version from Dickies (remember them?!), which comes in hot pink, red and aqua. ($30, dickiesgirl.com)

Some pointers for pulling it off: First, stick to a skinny style so the bold color doesn’t overpower your look. Next, keep the rest of your outfit relatively simple. Think a classic white tee with a layered necklace. I also love a black leather jacket with bright jeans. As for accessories, try a nude pump, sandal or chic black bootie. At night you can experiment with a more colorful shoe. Remember, you want to keep the look about the jean, so don’t overdo the rest and have fun with it!

Lady Gaga Has 3 Heads On The Cover Of V Magazine

If you haven’t heard, V is all about G—not only is Lady Gaga once again on the magazine’s V71 cover, her inaugural two page column rolls out in the same issue. The singer stars as a three-headed musical hydra for “The Asian Issue,” (available to download in Chinese!) in a shoot snapped by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin and styled by, who else, Nicola Formichetti. The accompanying spread has Gaga once again changing up her look, this time channeling sort of a Harajuku Girl Dominatrix who stumbled into a face-painting group in summer camp. Also included is an interview by Sir Elton John, in which the songstress says, “My dad’s a whiskey mouth like me, so we don’t argue much about my recreational life: boozing and recording.” When Elton asks her what the most spectacular thing she’s ever seen when looking into an audience, she answers with alacrity—”Myself. It’s like a magnificent disco ball, with twenty thousand tiny mirrors reflecting back at me….I see myself through my fans. I feel God through their love.” Apparently, she’s also really into Edith Piaf and…Gregorian chanting.

Check out her new fan artwork above her column, or check out the rest of the entries from the “Drawn This Way” competition at the V Offices at 11 Mercer Street (near Howard Street). To celebrate the issue, V is also selling a limited hard cover edition and T-shirt here.

First up is my fave, dark edgy rock ‘n’ roll looks; second is the Western, Navajo-inspired looks; third is the romantic, grannie-like looks; and lastly the 70s Boho looks. Really cute looks in each station, love all the props they had on display which was made by their in-house team in a month (amazing)! Guests were also welcome to take any of the trinkets and rings on display, it was like a little shopping spree- love Forever 21′s accessories. If you’re a fan of F21 like me, here’s a quick a sneak peek…

nOir Jewelry x Barbie

I LOVE this new nOir Jewelry x Barbie collection! I’ve gotten a sneak peek earlier this year and was super excited about it, and of course celebrity fan “Pink Barbie” Nicki Minaj has already rocked the Barbie Dream House Ring back in January. The pink enamel two story house is complete with stairs and a dangling chandelier. It can be worn closed to show intricate window and balcony architecture, or worn open on two fingers showcasing the many levels of Barbie Doll’s abode. So cute!

According to the press release, “designer Leeora Catalan wanted the collection to represent Barbie, but also give her a slight edge.” There are classic nOir pieces done in Barbie Doll’s signature pink including the metal pyramid bracelets and rings, there’s also a simple gold plated chain that you can add fun charms on it. You can shop the collection at www.noirjewelry.com .
