adidas Originals x Jeremy Scott x A$AP Rocky

adidas Originals x Jeremy Scott x A$AP Rocky

If you’ve been a fan of the Jeremy Scott for adidas Originals collection you know that each season the designer presents a limited edition sneaker inspired by one of his creative friends from all over the world. The latest celebrity JS tapped is one of my faves, A$AP Rocky. “The Harlem resident, who released his Billboard topping debut album ‘Long. Live. A$AP’ in January of this year, inspired Scott to re-make his classic JS FLAG Wings 2.0 trainer, A$AP’s personal favorite from the Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals line.”

The sneaker was inspired by Rocky’s artwork for the ‘Long. Live. A$AP’ album, which features a black and white version of the American flag. The sneaker features an all-black colorway for his version, rendering the stars and stripes in embroidery, creating his own take on the American flag as an ode to A$AP Rocky.

LOVE!! Stay tuned for release details….

Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals Fall/Winter 2013

Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals Fall/Winter 2013

I’m a big fan of the Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals collaboration, and each season Jeremy Scott always brings his unique perspective of fashion to the table, often referencing pop culture from the past to the present. Jeremy never fails to surprise, for Fall/Winter 2013 adidas it’ss a fusion of ideas; shock neon colors, metallic materials and reinterpreted prints from the past are used on some of adidas’ most iconic styles.

Carried throughout the collection is a take on camo with a neon twist featured on a ladies satin buster, unisex down puffer jacket and the JS Instinct Hi, while a reversible floral print bomber is just as attention-grabbing. Jeremy’s money print – used on his first collaboration with adidas for his Isign project – is brought back to life on the JS Wings 2.0. Other sneakers have been given a little sparkle, with lamé used on the JS Zebra and JS Bear, and wings added to the ladies wedge shoe.

The collection is slated to hit adidas Originals stores and online at the end July.

Thank you Jeremy Scott for Adidas for giving the world precisely what it lacked: Leopard sneakers for pups, complete with little stuffed leopard faces on ‘em! Whoa! Granted, we’re not entirely sure if these are actually going into production or if they’re just the most awesome styling gimmick ever but, regardless, we love them. And we want them.

And, from the looks of it, the rest of the Spring 2012 collection from the collaboration (called ObyO) is just as CRAZY!!, featuring stuffed gorillas and a leopard sneak with a tail that are totally, totally wearable. SUPER CUTE!!

Jeremy Scott & Swatch Spring 2012 Collection

Jeremy Scott x Swatch Spring 2012 Collection

Last season we saw a tweet from Jeremy Scott about his collaboration with Swatch, this season he hasn’t failed to impress us with his new styles. Just spotted the first images of his second watch collection with Swatch and it seems there are 5 styles for Spring 2012. I love the leopard on of course !! Which is your fav? Check back to see his  Spring 2012 collection next week!

Jeremy Scott x adidas Original Globe Varsity Jacket

Jeremy Scott x adidas Original Globe Varsity Jacket

NEW Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals JS Varsity Jacket Globe was inspired by retro American letterman jackets featuring a globe graphic and a chenille Trefoil patch on the back in seaweed/native yellow colorway. The all-wool style jacket has a classic snap-button front and left and right slip-in pockets.  I absolutely love what Jeremy Scott is doing with adidas! Can’t wait to get this jacket 😉 Do you guys like it?

Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals Spring/Summer 2012

It would be an understatement to call the ongoing Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals collection polarizing. For as long as JS has been cooking up models for adidas they have generated responses at opposite ends of the spectrum. Well, hate it or love it, you can’t deny that the man is pushing the creative limits of sneaker design. We’re here with a preview of the Spring/Summer 2012 line and there look to be plenty more off the wall designs in store. Pictured below is one of the more tame models, an all denim version of the popular JS Wings (LOVE!!). GOTTA HAVE the leopard ones they are just crazy, but Jeremy is still in beast mode, with a Gorilla adorned sneaker coming our way. Also featured in the preview is an American flavored JS Wings model, which will likely hit around Independence Day next year. Below is a sneak preview at all of the upcoming shoes from the Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals Spring/Summer 2012 collection. Which ones are you getting? 😉

GOTTA HAVE !!!!!
LOVE!!!!!!! NEED!!!!!!!!!! WANT!!!!!!!!

The collection will be released to international selected accounts and worldwide adidas Originals stores in August and October 2011. The collection comprises 36 apparel pieces and 12 footwear styles for both men and women. Apparel prices range from $60 to $800. Footwear ranges from $70 to $350.
