Creating Killer Cheekbones
“In makeup, darkness recedes, while lightness brings forward,” says Roncal. “When you darken these places, it pulls everything back to give the face a slimmer appearance!” To create the illusion of cheekbones so sharp they could cut glass, make a fish face and sweep contour powder in the hollows of your cheeks. This will reduce any puffiness. Add some highlighter to the tops of your cheekbones to enhance the effect.

Hiding That Extra Chin
Want to take that double chin down a notch? Roncal says to take your contour powder and, starting behind the ear, sweep it all along the jawline and blend down towards the neck.

The All-Over Effect
For an overall slimming effect, Roncal says to apply contour powder to your temples — it gives a nice shape to your face and enhances your bone structure. “Don’t forget to sweep some of that contour powder along the top of your forehead too,” says Roncal. “It will slim the whole appearance of your face.”
