Vault by Vans x Peanuts Collection

Vault by Vans x Peanuts Collection

I seriously love all of Vans collaborations, they choose some of the best prints to work with! For Fall 2014, Vans takes us back over three decades and reissues two vintage prints created for the Peanuts crew in 1983. The Vault by Vans x Peanuts collection revives the long-gone prints that were once used for the opening of Camp Snoopy in Knott’s Berry Farm, now on a selection of Vault by Vans Original Classics for Peanuts and Vans fans alike. The collection consists of a range of adult and toddler sized sneakers with an allover Snoopy print. Super cute collection!

In the “Snoopy and the Gang” print, the iconic beagle can be seen in various situations with fellow Peanuts crew such as Lucy, Sally, Peppermint Patty and his pal Charlie Brown, for two nostalgic colorways of the OG Authentic LX. The “Camp Snoopy” motif showcases Snoopy’s alter ego, Joe Cool, in a collage arrangement across dual color-ups of the OG Era LX and an additional installment of the OG Sk8-Hi LX. The limited edition capsule is sized down to toddler styles as well, with four varieties of the OG Authentic LX available for tiny tikes.

The Vault by Vans x Peanuts collection releases this July, adult styles retail from $60 to $70 and toddler options are $40 each.

The collection will be available at key Vault by Vans retailers including the Vans DQM General New York and Boston, Blends, Bodega, Bows & Arrows, Compound Gallery, Conveyor, Dover Street Market, Fice, Hot Rod, Kicks/HI, Kicks/HI Guam, Nice Kicks, Palace 5ive, Premium Goods, Proper, Ron Robinson, Saint Alfred, Sole Classics, The Darkside Initiative, UBIQ, Undefeated and Wish Atlanta.

Vans x Liberty Art Fabrics Fall 2014 CollectionOne of Vans’ most celebrated styles, the Era, kicks off the assortment with uppers outfitted in the Felix and Isabelle fabric print. Soft tones and paisley embellishments can be seen in every panel of the popular low-top, lace-up. Simple details such as white laces, eyelets and foxing complement the Era’s cohesive color scheme.

Vans x Liberty Art Fabrics Fall 2014 CollectionOriginally designed by William Morris in 1884, Liberty’s Lodden pattern covers the Old Skool from ankle counter to toe cap. Floral vine imagery and a contrasting palette of deep blue and off-white create one of the most intricate Old Skools to date. Vans’ coveted mark, the Sidestripe, can be seen on the medial and lateral sides of each pair.

Vans x Liberty Art Fabrics Fall 2014 CollectionThe Vans x Liberty Art Fabrics capsule comes to a close with the Sk8-Hi Reissue. Draped in the Pepper print, Vans’ classic high-top exhibits a colorful micro floral pattern that has captivated many since 1974. Like its low-top brethren, the Sk8-Hi Reissue dons the Sidestripe, tying the new color-up to the Vans’ design roots.

VANS x KENZO Spring 2013 Collection

VANS x KENZO Spring 2013 Collection

VANS and KENZO releases yet another amazing collection for Spring 2013. During a trip to Thailand Humberto Leon and Carol Lim, Creative Directors of KENZO, were inspired by the animals in the Asian Jungle for the prints of their Spring/Summer 2013 collection for KENZO, The Clouded Leopard. So eye catching and alluring on the selected KENZO show garments, Carol and Humberto felt it the perfect fit for the newest edition to the VANS collaboration, and proposed six different, vibrant colorways via this clouded leopard print in hues of ocre, orange, blue, green and khaki.

The collection will be available for purchase March 15th at Kenzo stores, Kenzo.com and at select retail partners including Opening Ceremony, Colette, Lane Crawford and IT Hong Kong.

I would want to wear these mixed and matched for a funky fresh look… what do you guys think? 😉
