OPI Coca-Cola Collection

OPI launches a limited edition collection of nail lacquers and GelColor in honor of the Coca-Cola bottle’s hundredth anniversary. In 1915, The Glass Root Company designed the now classic contoured glass Coca-Cola bottle in Terre Haute, Indiana. Today, this unique bottle is one of the most globally revered packages ever created.

In celebration of this milestone, OPI created an exclusive, ‘Icons of Happiness’ collection featuring two new shades of six classic colors that pay homage to the bottle’s bold color and signature style. The summer collection includes eight on-trend shades to deliver flawless, long-lasting color inspired by the iconic drink.

OPI’s Icons of Happiness collection is available now at select professional salons and on hsn.com.

OPI Infinite Shine Gel Effects Lacquer System

How many of you guys love getting gel nails but hate going to the salon or paying more than just a regular manicure? We all love to keep our nails shiny and chip-free for at least a week without sitting through the LED-light curing or soak-off removal situation. OPI announces the release of Infinite Shine Gel Effects Lacquer System, offering the rich color, intense shine and lasting wear of gels without all the fuss.

Available in 30 new shades (plus Primer base coat and Gloss top coat), Infinite Shine utilizes a three-step system to deliver a high-shine classic crème finish for nails that lasts up to 10 days. Infinite Shine shades are applied and removed like traditional lacquer but keeps its shine, definitely excited to try this! Shades range from neutrals to bright reds, oranges and pinks to dark gray, blue and black hues, there’s a color for everyone, mood or day.

Infinite Shine is applied via a three-step system; first, apply Infinite Shine Primer (Step 1) to prevent staining and increase lacquer durability. Next, select one of 30 shades (Step 2) and paint two thin, even coats for richly-pigmented, vivid color. Finally, finish with Infinite Shine Gloss (Step 3), which features a state-of-the-art gel polymer formula that cures in natural light. Product can be removed easily with Expert Touch Nail Lacquer Remover; no soaking is required.

Due to the popular response of Nicole by OPI’s collaboration with Kellogg’s® Special K® last year, they’ve partnered once again to launch three custom nail lacquer shades for its “Shine Brighter” campaign. The campaign inspires women to be their best selves – healthy, confident and positive, to look better, feel better, and shine brighter.

The three custom shades include: Challenge Red-y (crème red), Live in the Momentum (crème blue) and My Sol Shines Brighter (crème coral).

Nicole by OPI Signature edition Special K packages will be available exclusively at Target. The designer packages are available only for select flavors (Original, Red Berries & Chocolatey Delight). This promotion will be available April 2014 in the US where Special K products are sold.

Shoppers will have the opportunity to receive free full-size bottles of Nicole by OPI nail lacquer by signing up for the Kellogg’s Family Rewards program and entering codes from specially marked boxes of Special K products, while supplies last.

With the purchase of three eligible Special K products, consumers will receive the shade Challenge Red-y. After submitting the purchase codes from five eligible Special K products, consumers will receive two lacquers – Live in the Momentum and My Sol Shines Brighter.

Celebrating their latest inspiration, OPI launches eight limited edition nail lacquers for Disney’s Muppets Most Wanted. The family comedy features an all-star cast including Kermit the Frog, Constantine, Ricky Gervais, Miss Piggy, Ty Burrell, Tina Fey and the whole Muppet gang. Muppets Most Wanted, directed by James Bobin and written by Bobin and Nicholas Stoller, opens in theaters March 21, 2014. The limited edition Muppets Most Wanted nail lacquers will be available March 2014 for $9.00.

I LOVE GWEN STEFANI!! I’m so excited that Gwen Stefani and OPI teamed up to launch a limited edition collection inspired by the 2013 Metropolitan Museum Costume Institute Gala that featured the theme “Punk: Chaos to Couture.” The collection consists of seven new limited edition nail lacquers for 2014, highlights from the collection include a bold red lacquer that pays homage to Gwen’s signature lipstick, a new semi-matte satin finish in shades of gold and black, and a mirrored chrome paired with a special base coat.

Gwen’s signature red OPI hue – Over & Over A-Gwen – is available in a boxed set, which includes Swarovski black crystals and silver, gold and pewter studs in bar, square, diamond and circle shapes for creating unique nail designs, as well as nail glue for easy application. Love.Angel.Music.Baby. and 4 in the Morning feature a new, semi-matte satin finish designed to be worn without top coat. Push and Shove, a bold chrome hue, is also worn without top coat but requires a special complimentary base coat – Lay Down that Base. One thin coat of Lay Down that Base topped with two thin coats of Push and Shove yields an intense, mirrored finish. The collection is rounded out with two glossy crème lacquers and one sparkly glitter shade: Hey Baby, I Sing in Color, and In True Stefani Fashion.

Gwen Stefani by OPI nail lacquers will be available beginning January 2014 for $9.00 ($10.95 CAN) suggested retail for each nail lacquer. The boxed set including Over & Over A-Gwen and SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS will retail for $14.95 ($18.95 CAN). I CAN’T WAIT!!! 🙂
