House of Holland Autumn/Winter 2014 Handbag Collection

Since my day job is as a Design Director for handbags, it is only fitting that I talk about them too.

House of Holland is launching its Autumn/Winter 2014 bag and leather accessories collection featuring his usual quirky and unique styles on August 25th. The collection consists of: The Bag of Tricks, The Bucket, The Tote Amaze, The Hunting Bag, The Ball Bag and The Backpack & Sac (Very interesting names for their handbags 😉 ) . The bags have already been spotted on celebrities including Rita Ora, Katie Perry and Eliza Doolittle to name a few.

To accessorize the bags, House of Holland have also designed some cute charms including poodles and fruit to make it stand out even more. ( This isn’t original since we know Prada has been doing the same, but it sure is cute!! LOVE!) The full collection will be stocked on houseofholland.co.uk and a small selection on Net-a-Porter.com.

I personally love the collection! Its fun and edgy without being too cheeky.

Alexander Wang Fall/Winter 2014 Campaign

I’ve always been a fan of Alexander Wang and this Fall/ Winter 2014 Campaign definitely doesn’t disappoint. The Campaign was shot in a what looks like a women’s penitentiary. SICK!

It was shot by Steven Klein and art directed by Pascal Dangin featuring models Anna Ewers, Vanessa Moody, Kat Hessen, Lexi Boling and Katlin Aas. One of the most fashionable penitentiaries we have seen by far. Sure beats Orange Is The New Black lol!

THE ENTIRE ALTUZARRA FOR TARGET LOOKBOOK

First, he teased us with a soft-focus video of Eva Herzigová in killer booties and a black lace mask. Then, he hinted at what was to come with an orchid-print dress at the CFDAs. Next, he promised to seduce us with sheer camis and tasseled, tie-neck cocktail dresses. And now, finally, the wait is over. Below is an exclusive first glimpse at Altuzarra’s forth coming collection for Target in all its silken, boardroom-gone-boudoir glory.

Included are slinky, snake-print dresses; structured trench coats; bordeaux velvet pantsuits; a navy silk blouse; and a floor-length, floral-print maxi dress of which Halston himself would approve. In fact, the entire collection gives off pretty strong ’70s vibe — so, if you’re down with the decade of Klute, this might be your jam. Oh yes, and that black lace mask is here, too. I am definitely excited for this collection!

Since the news broke about the MAC Cosmetics x The Simpsons collaboration back in May, I’ve been dying to see the first look at the collection. The wait is over, MAC sent over a sneak peek of the collection and it’s getting me more excited than ever. Sooooo cute, can’t wait to see the full collection and all the details!!

For those that are in San Diego, you’re in luck! The MAC The Simpsons collection will be available for pre-sale one day ONLY during San Diego’s Comic-Con on Saturday, July 26 exclusively at M·A·C Cosmetics Gaslamp store in San Diego. Scoop it up before the official launch.

Since the announcement of the Alexander Wang x H&M collaboration I have been dying for a sneak peak! Wait no more, H&M teased us with a couple photos with a hint of what’s to come from the highly anticipated designer collection. More details and images will be revealed at a later time but for now we have just this tease. A yoga mat, a key ring… can’t wait to see the rest! What do you guys think?

The Alexander Wang x H&M collection will feature apparel and accessories for women and men. Typical for his irreverent approach, Wang will propose a new take on the lifestyle product offering that goes beyond fashion. The full collection will be available in 250 H&M stores worldwide, and online starting November 6, 2014.

I’m loving the overall theme so far… all black on black embossed Alexander Wang.. right up my alley 😉

Urban Outfitters Wild West Lookbook

Urban Outfitters launches a new “Wild West” lookbook highlighting a collection of Urban Renewal pieces that re-envisions iconic Western styles, textures and fabrics through modern, feminine shapes and layering. The lookbook was shot by photographer Devyn Galindo featuring model Leona “Binx” Walton styled in Modern Vice and Frye boots.

The collection features one-of-a-kind vintage pieces sourced from across the country and centers around hand-selected Renewal suede, plaid, lace and fringed leather pieces paired with modern takes on accessories. Vault by Vans x Peanuts Collection

I seriously love all of Vans collaborations, they choose some of the best prints to work with! For Fall 2014, Vans takes us back over three decades and reissues two vintage prints created for the Peanuts crew in 1983. The Vault by Vans x Peanuts collection revives the long-gone prints that were once used for the opening of Camp Snoopy in Knott’s Berry Farm, now on a selection of Vault by Vans Original Classics for Peanuts and Vans fans alike. The collection consists of a range of adult and toddler sized sneakers with an allover Snoopy print. Super cute collection!

In the “Snoopy and the Gang” print, the iconic beagle can be seen in various situations with fellow Peanuts crew such as Lucy, Sally, Peppermint Patty and his pal Charlie Brown, for two nostalgic colorways of the OG Authentic LX. The “Camp Snoopy” motif showcases Snoopy’s alter ego, Joe Cool, in a collage arrangement across dual color-ups of the OG Era LX and an additional installment of the OG Sk8-Hi LX. The limited edition capsule is sized down to toddler styles as well, with four varieties of the OG Authentic LX available for tiny tikes.

The Vault by Vans x Peanuts collection releases this July, adult styles retail from $60 to $70 and toddler options are $40 each.

Vans x Liberty Art Fabrics Fall 2014 Collection

Vans teamed up with London design house, Liberty Art Fabrics for the third installment of the Vans x Liberty Art Fabrics capsule releasing this month. The collection showcases three of Vans Classics iconic Era, Old Skool and Sk8-Hi Reissue silhouettes crafted with Felix and Isabelle, Lodden and Pepper textiles from Liberty’s extensive archive of fabrics. Love the collection, always a big fan of Liberty’s textiles.

The Vans x Liberty Art Fabrics collection retails for $60-$75 and arrives this July globally at Vans retail locations, at vans.com and the one and only Liberty of London on Regent Street.
