The Rodarte for Opening Ceremony collection just launched and it’s kinda affordable, prices range from $250 for a top to $2,200 for a lace-up leather jacket. There’s a lot that I want 🙂  I want it all !! Check out some of the looks below and see for yourself…What’s your fav piece?

RACHEL ZOE FALL 2011 COLLECTION

I love Rachel Zoe and was super excited to hear that she is going to be blessing us with a colelction of her own. I can’t wait for these pieces to hit some stores.

Here’s the full lookbook for her debut collection. Rachel describes the collection as, “uptown chic and downtown cool infused with Parisian elegance and London street style.” For Fall 2011, there will be 33 looks from the contemporary line and it’s looking pretty good. Retailers include Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, and Intermix.

BALLET INSPIRED

Before Natalie Portman captivated theaters in Black Swan, ballet was already pirouetting across spring runways. At Chloé, creative director Hannah MacGibbon showed sleek chignons, ethereal dresses and elegant flats while dancer-ly shoes were paired with long gowns at Valentino. At Max Azria, wide-necked tees over flowing maxi dresses evoked a post-rehearsal ballerina.

H&M GLAMOUR COLLECTION SNEAK PEAK ^_*

This spring, H&M will be launching a collection called “Glamour” – a collection of jackets, shorts, tunics, dresses, overalls, swimwear and accessories (shoes, bags and jewelry). The collection is full of rich colors, bold prints, beads and gold with a special “Glamour” hang tag featured in each garment. I’m not a huge fan of the collection, the only pieces I do like are the leopard print shorts, the plain tan suede jacket, the flats and sandals with hanging beads. The Glamour Collection is slated to launch on March 31, 2011. I LOVE THE ANIMAL PRINTS ! WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE PIECE?

Full Spread from Purple Magazine: Lady Gaga X Supreme

Supreme is no stranger to collaborations with unlikely celebrity collaborators, in the past the downtown New York City skate brand has had celebrity endorsers such as P Diddy, Mike Tyson, Dip Set and even porn star Tera Patrick. Last week Matthew Williams, Gaga’s former chief collaborator and Gaga’s ex-boyfriend teased their last project together on twitter “SUPREME x GAGA was my last project I put together and art directed for her.” The project was shot by Terry Richardson, another downtown regular, and will be in Purple Magazine. NEW A.P.C. STORE IN THE VILLAGE NYC

The beauty of A.P.C. is that you can get away with repeat outfit performances of not only their jeans, but basically everything else that they make, on the reg. Consider me amped, then, that the French brand is opening their second Manhattan store, A.P.C. Specials, a new 500-square-foot retail concept in the heart of the West Village. Located right at the choice stretch of Bleecker street that’s home to Ralph Lauren and Marc Jacobs, Specials holds its own with an unexpected mix of offerings, all of them, well, special. Alongside their regular denim, the boutique will carry the Butler Worn-Out jeans, a hand-picked clutch of House of Waris jewels, all the collabs, the full range from the Quilt series, and, wait for it, vintage A.P.C. pieces. Of course, we sent a photog to the jean scene for a shop slideshow that’s one special delivery.

A.P.C. Specials, 92 Perry Street (at Bleecker Street); 646-371-9292.
