Pastel camouflage prints and standard-issue olive green were the motifs of choice in the Pre-Fall 2012 outing of Thakoon’s lower-priced Addition line. The designer himself described the oversize-pocketed full skirts and swing jackets as “flirty, cheeky military.”

Versace January J VE2120 Sunglasses

BANANAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m still crazy with these Versace January J VE2120 Sunglasses that released for SS’11, I might need to pay a visit to Sunglass Hut or Versace to pick-up a pair. I don’t really have anything like these in my collection, so they would be the perfect addition. This pair of sunnies has a retro feel and a cat-eye curved silhouette, this frame comes in the classic shades of black with the Medusa 3D detailing in silver or gold. One-body lens and the entirely metallic structure make this model unique! Spotted on January Jones (of course) and Lady Gaga. What do you guys think?

H&M and The Girl WIth The DRagon Tattoo Sneak Peak of the Pop Up Shop

For those that are eager to shop the H&M Girl With the Dragon Tattoo Collection by Trish Summerville, here’s a sneak peek of the pop-up in NYC. As I mentioned previously, to celebrate the launch H&M is unveiling the H&M Girl With The Dragon Tattoo Pop-Up Shop in New York City. The pop-up is inspired by the film and will be part retail, part coffee shop with a cyber café. The opening will align with the world premiere of the movie and exclusively carry the entire collection. As guests shop the special collection they will enjoy never-before-seen official extended film trailers, computer hacking activations, an on-site photo booth and complimentary coffee bar. The pop-up shop looks pretty sick!
Start putting together your wishlist. The collection will also be available in Divided departments in around 180 H&M stores worldwide, as well as online starting on December 14, 2011. Are you excited?!

Eddie Redmayne & Cara Delevingne for Burberry’s Spring/Summer 2012 campaign!
Exciting news, you guys! The new Burberry Prorsum Spring/Summer 2012 campaign has just landed – and who are Christopher Bailey’s latest muses? None other than Eddie Redmayne and Cara Delevingne.

It’s no secret that the enviably-browed Cara has slotted seamlessly into the Burberry fold. She first appeared in the S/S’11 campaign, followed by those Burberry Beauty ads, and has opened several of the brand’s London Fashion Week catwalk shows, including the latest for S/S’12.
As for Eddie, it may come as a surprise to hear he’s already in Bailey’s crew too. Remember the S/S’08 campaign when Agyness Deyn was jumping about with a hot male? Yep, that’s our Eddie. Four years later and we’re very pleased to see him reinstated as the quintessential Burberry hero, wrapped in a parka and holding a cuppa tea. What more could you ask for?
‘Christopher wanted something playful from the shoot,’ Eddie reveals, ‘and so Cara and I had a genius couple of days fooling around.’ It sure looks like it, Mr Redmayne! Because although the Brit brand has become famous for showcasing young, homegrown talent, it’s not often we see a Burberry couple doing this:

Ooh err. Okay so Jourdan Dunn did get cozy with Sacha M’Baye on Brighton beach for S/S’11 and Emma Watson was draped around George Craig for S/S’10, but it was nothing like these two, getting all steamy on the floor in His ‘n’ Hers coats! In fact, Cara appears to be wearing nothing but the trademark trench, fox-tastic platform sandals and a saucy stare while Eddie lies beside her. It’s enough to get you hot under your Burberry checked collar.

Rebecca Minkoff X Baby-G

Rebecca Minkoff has teamed up with the Baby-G to create a timepiece exuding the “downtown romantic” aesthetic that Minkoff has come to be known for. I heart Rebecca Minkoff and her collabs are always so cool and edgy. This collaboration marks her first watch, unlike the typical Baby-G watch bands, Minkoff’s bracelet is made of black ion plated and matte black stainless steel with resin. For contrasting of the black, the dial is pink champagne to give the timepiece a classic, romantic touch. The watch retail for $200. Cute!
“I’m so thrilled to team up with Baby-G, because like me, they believe in providing women with classics that have a twist,” said Rebecca Minkoff. “My collaboration watch was designed as the watch for the everyday woman that wants both function and fashion. Watches are a great accessory – I like to wear a rose gold one and it’s just a beautiful piece of jewelry that adds some fun and color to my outfits. Every woman has a go-to-accessory; I designed this Baby-G with this in mind.”
